In 2007, the Brusic Toljanic family expanded their offerings by creating a unique ice cream, utilizing their wine, Žlahtina Gospoja, as the main ingredient. This product proved over time to be perfect for summer, offering unparalleled freshness thanks to the incorporation of the renowned local wine. Since then, Gospoja has been dedicated to producing homemade ice cream, meticulously selecting top-quality ingredients. Over the past seventeen years, Marija Toljanic has taken the helm of this endeavor, personally ensuring the premium quality of each ice cream. The selection includes various flavors and original innovations featuring fruity and creamy options. The ice cream is available at any time of the day at our local establishments.
